Bonnet Betty is a lovingly hand painted wooden peg doll detailed with a sweet little bonnet, and intricate floral design.

Peg dolls foster imagination and encourage independent play, allowing children to write their own narrative. Small world play encourages children to work on their problem solving skills, vocabulary, understanding of different emotions, relationships and family dynamics.

Each Bonnet Betty has been painted with a water-based paint and double coated with a non-toxic varnish, making them perfect for adventurous little hands and mild water play. Please dry thoroughly after any contact with with water and do not leave submerged in liquid. We always advise supervision whilst playing with our hand painted dolls, or for any forms of sensory play.
